It frequently happens that at certain moments my mind wanders from the continual thought of God who is always present to me.

Reflection
Do I find it soothing to pray? Or is it tiring, boring, or not worthy of my time?

I cry out to you, Lord, I say, "You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living."

Prayer
Great Comforter of my soul, take away my apathy caused by my being so absorbed in the stress of this life. I have chosen to rest in you. Make me devoted to more meaningful prayer. Amen.
